SHENZHEN, December 10 – Mr. Shu Qian, Party Committee Secretary and General Manager of China Nanshan (CNDI), met with Mr. Jiang Xiangyang, Party Committee Secretary of China Merchants Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (CMFL), and his delegation at the CNDI Headquarters Building in Chiwan, Shenzhen, on the morning of December 10. The two sides held in-depth discussions on enhancing cooperation in renewable energy and overseas warehousing businesses. Mr. Liu Feng, CMFL Party Committee Member and Deputy General Manager, also attended the meeting.

Mr. Shu Qian outlined CNDI's overall business layout and the development trends within China's warehousing and logistics industry. He stated that CNDI is actively implementing the strategic deployments of China Merchants Group (CMG), vigorously advancing its green and international development, accelerating the expansion of overseas warehousing operations, and continuously optimizing its renewable energy industry structure. He noted that CMFL, as a well-known domestic financial leasing company, possesses outstanding professional capabilities and a broad business scope. Mr. Shu Qian expressed hope that both sides would continue to strengthen business synergy, jointly explore cooperation opportunities in areas such as overseas warehouses and renewable energy, develop more application scenarios, promote the implementation of major projects, and empower high-quality development for both parties.

Mr. Jiang Xiangyang introduced CMFL's overall strategic framework and implementation progress. He stated that CMFL aims to become a first-class domestic industry-finance integration service provider and has achieved solid results in fields including renewable energy and new infrastructure. He acknowledged CNDI's significant accomplishments in renewable energy and overseas warehousing businesses in recent years, highlighting its role as a key CMG platform for renewable energy development. Mr. Jiang pointed out the high strategic alignment and solid cooperative foundation between the two parties and expressed hope to jointly explore diversified cooperation pathways, further strengthen resource sharing and business synergy to achieve mutual success.

Prior to the talks, Secretary Jiang Xiangyang and his delegation visited the CNDI Exhibition Hall, gaining a detailed understanding of the company's historical evolution and industrial layout.

Relevant department heads from CMFL and responsible persons from relevant CNDI units attended the meeting.
