SHENZHEN, December 15 – Mr. Shu Qian, Party Committee Secretary and General Manager of China Nanshan (CNDI), met with Mr. Peng Yiliang, Party Committee Secretary and Director of the Administrative Committee of Zhangzhou Development Zone, and his delegation at the CNDI Headquarters Building in Chiwan, Shenzhen, on the morning of December 15. The two sides exchanged views on deepening business synergy and jointly exploring cooperation across multiple fields. Also attending the meeting were Mr. Han Chunsheng and Mr. Li Yubin, both Members of the Zone Party Committee and Deputy Directors of the Administrative Committee; Mr. Zhao Jianchao, CNDI Deputy Party Committee Secretary and Deputy General Manager; and Mr. Hu Runjie, CNDI Party Committee Member and Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Shu Qian extended a warm welcome to Secretary Peng Yiliang and his delegation, and introduced CNDI's main businesses and development plans. He stated that China Merchants Zhangzhou serves as the primary developer and builder for the Zhangzhou Development Zone, and both CNDI and China Merchants Zhangzhou are under the management of China Merchants Group (CMG), sharing profound historical ties and a solid foundation for cooperation. He expressed hope that both sides would further enhance mutual trust, leverage their respective advantages, and engage in pragmatic cooperation across more areas to jointly promote the development of Zhangzhou Development Zone for mutual benefit.

Secretary Peng Yiliang introduced the economic and social development status of Zhangzhou Development Zone. He stated that the Zone attaches high importance to the strategic cooperation with CNDI and will fully support the connection and implementation of CNDI's projects within the Zone, such as those in logistics, offshore engineering, and zero-carbon industrial parks, providing efficient and convenient government service guarantees. He expressed hope to further strengthen cooperation and jointly stride towards a new stage of high-quality development.

Prior to the meeting, Secretary Peng Yiliang and his delegation visited the CNDI Exhibition Hall, gaining a comprehensive understanding of CNDI's development history and industrial layout.
