From August 26 to September 1, Zhou Jian, General Manager of Shenzhen New Nanshan Holding Group United Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (NSUM), led a delegation on a business visit and market research trip to Vietnam, Singapore, and the Maldives. Chen Zhongnian, Deputy General Manager of NSUM, participated in the research. The purpose of this visit was to gain a deeper understanding of the policy environment, market demand, and competitive landscape in the Southeast Asian market, and to promote the company's business expansion and strategic cooperation in the region.

On the afternoon of August 26, Zhou Jian and his delegation arrived in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Their first stop was a visit to Zhejiang Haigang (Vietnam) Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd., where they gained an in-depth understanding of the demand landscape for industrial parks and warehousing logistics in Vietnam. They also conducted research on logistics and supply chain support services within the Vietnamese market. On the morning of August 27, the team visited the Vietnam Guangdong Business Association and held in-depth discussions with Executive Vice President and Secretary-General Yang Linrong. Yang provided a detailed overview of Vietnam's current business environment, foreign investment policies, and market opportunities. Both parties explored potential cooperation directions for NSUM in Vietnam. This exchange not only successfully established a communication bridge between NSUM and overseas Chinese enterprises but also leveraged the chamber's extensive resources to provide crucial insights for expanding the company's business into the Southeast Asian market.

On the afternoon of August 27, the team conducted an on-site inspection of Vard Vietnam Shipyard in Vung Tau City, Vietnam. They held discussions with Project Managers Tom Henning Lie and Viorel Nita regarding the EPC cooperation for Huanan Building Materials(HBM), gaining detailed insights into the shipyard's procurement requirements and cooperation models. Later that afternoon, the team also met with Fang Neng, General Manager of Jiangsu Sutong Shipbuilding Group Vietnam Company, in Vung Tau City. They explored potential collaboration opportunities between the two parties in areas such as the Vietnamese labor market and business models.

 

On the afternoon of August 28, the team arrived in Singapore to benchmark against international enterprises and gain insights from their advanced practices. Zhou Jian and his delegation visited Wisdom Key International. As an internationally renowned consulting firm with extensive expertise in corporate management, market analysis, and strategic planning, Wisdom Key International CEO Frank Gao briefed the team on Singapore's market policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Both parties engaged in in-depth discussions regarding business collaboration opportunities for NSUM in Singapore. This visit provided crucial legal and policy support for the company's further development in the Singapore market.

On the morning of August 29, the team revisited Singhaiyi Group and held high-level talks with General Manager Hwee Chimn. Both parties engaged in detailed discussions regarding the progress of cooperative projects and future collaboration needs.Singhaiyi Group confirmed plans for a factory visit, laying the groundwork for future project cooperation. This revisit not only strengthened the strategic partnership between our company and Singhaiyi Group but also opened new opportunities for high-value-added projects in the Singapore market. That afternoon, the team also visited Industrial Links International and conducted a follow-up inspection of the Singapore Swimming Complex project, in which Chixiao Technology participated.

From August 30th to 31st, Zhou Jian and his team conducted an on-site inspection of the Maldives UCC Modular Hotel Phase I project. They held strategic discussions with the senior management of the UCC Group, where both parties had in-depth exchanges on the implementation of the Phase I project and reached an important consensus on the cooperation intentions for the Phase II project.

This overseas market research trip marks the first joint field investigation conducted by NSUM and its subsidiaries. It not only gathered firsthand market intelligence for expanding into Southeast Asia but also strengthened cooperative ties with local clients. NSUM will continue monitoring policy developments and market shifts in Southeast Asia, optimizing its business layout and enhancing market competitiveness to advance the company's overseas expansion strategy.
