NANJING, October 31 – Mr. Jiang Tiefeng, Deputy General Manager of China Merchants Group (CMG), conducted a work inspection at China Nuclear (Nanjing) Energy Development Co., Ltd. (CNINJ), a member company of China Nanshan (CNDI). He received reports on the company's business development, Party-building work, safety production, and development plans.

During the meeting, Mr. Jiang acknowledged CNINJ's significant progress over the past decade of organic growth, noting remarkable increases in key indicators such as asset scale, operating revenue, cash flow, and net profit. He also commended the development of a comprehensive, capable, and highly professional team.
Mr. Jiang pointed out that during the "15th Five-Year Plan" period, CNDI and CNINJ must firmly grasp industry opportunities, adhere to the principle of seeking progress while maintaining stability, and accelerate the development of the renewable energy business. He emphasized the need to continuously strengthen research on business models and industry policies, actively implement the renewable energy development strategy, and intensify efforts to secure high-quality projects. Furthermore, he urged vigorously promoting business synergy, expediting the implementation of collaborative projects within the CMG ecosystem while continuously strengthening external business development, and exploring cooperation in renewable energy business development within CMG to build a competitive renewable energy business system. He also highlighted the importance of optimizing incentive mechanisms for the renewable energy team to enhance its cohesion and execution capabilities. Mr. Jiang stressed that the renewable energy business is a vital direction for CNDI's transformation and development, expressing confidence that CNINJ, with strong support from both CMG and CNDI, will strengthen its capabilities, achieve better performance, and realize high-quality development.

During the inspection, Mr. Jiang also visited the CNINJ Intelligent Operations Center, where he received a detailed briefing on the key functions of the smart O&M system, including real-time monitoring, fault early warning, and power generation data analysis.
