SHENZHEN, November 26 – Mr. Shu Qian, General Manager of China Nanshan (CNDI), met with Mr. You Mingyang, Chairman of NYOCOR Co., Ltd. (NYOCOR), and his delegation at the CNDI Headquarters Building in Chiwan, Shenzhen, on the afternoon of November 26. The two sides held in-depth discussions on potential cooperation in the renewable energy sector and exploring international markets. Also attending the meeting were Mr. Hu Runjie, Chief Financial Officer of CNDI, and Mr. Song Yan, General Manager of NYOCOR.

Mr. Shu Qian extended a warm welcome to Chairman You Mingyang and his delegation, and provided an overview of CNDI's strategic positioning and development direction in the renewable energy field. He stated that CNDI is fully committed to implementing the new development philosophy, focusing on green technology to continuously optimize its renewable energy industrial layout, and has developed a number of renewable energy projects across several regions in China. Looking ahead, leveraging the extensive scenario resources of China Merchants Group (CMG), CNDI will concentrate on key areas such as distributed PV and load-side integrated energy services, actively exploring and identifying more application scenarios to fully drive the high-quality development of its renewable energy business.
Chairman You Mingyang introduced NYOCOR's recent business progress and development plans in the renewable energy sector, sharing insights gained from project development and service model innovation. He expressed that NYOCOR closely follows industry trends, with a primary focus on the construction and O&M management of renewable energy power plants, as well as new energy storage businesses. He highlighted the company's continuous innovation in investment operations, project construction, and service models, and expressed hope to further strengthen resource sharing with CNDI, complementing each other's advantages for mutual development.
