September 26, 2025 – At the National Finals of the "2025 China Lean Digital Intelligence Innovation Competition," hosted by the China Enterprise Reform and Development Society, the project "Empowering Group-Wide Business Decision-Making through Data Governance and Analysis" submitted by Nanshan Holdings, part of China Nanshan Group, was awarded the Second Prize in the "Management Category - Digitalization Segment."

This year's competition brought together nearly 400 enterprises and 1,041 entries spanning over 40 industries, establishing itself as a national innovation platform renowned for its extensive industry coverage, high participation from leading chain enterprises, and comprehensive representation of personnel levels. China Nanshan actively organized Nanshan Holdings' participation and their subsequent achievement highlights the company's robust efforts in exploring digital and intelligent innovation, implementing lean management practices, and aligning with the national "AI+" strategy and the SASAC's "One Enterprise, One Screen" initiative.

Against the backdrop of China Nanshan's digital transformation, the digital team at Nanshan Holdings focused on building an enterprise-level data platform, establishing a closed loop for holistic data governance and application. By unifying master data standards and group-wide indicator systems, they achieved automatic calculation of core business metrics (covering finance, commerce, operations), real-time risk warnings, and dynamic decision-making simulations. The project deeply integrates AI and IoT technologies, innovatively implementing scenarios such as intelligent data querying, AI image recognition, and voice-activated alerts. This drives management's intelligent transition from "post-event reporting" to "pre-event warning + in-process control + post-event analysis," realizing substantial cost savings and efficiency improvements in areas like safety and security, bad debt management, sales conversion, and energy consumption optimization. Following the platform's launch, operational efficiency and risk control capabilities were significantly enhanced, achieving annual cost savings of nearly ten million RMB and effectively shifting corporate management from "experience-driven" to "data-driven." The successful implementation of this project also provides a replicable model for holistic data governance and intelligent decision-making for large group enterprises, aiding the extension from strategic management to operational management.
